  Spiritual Somedays - very few - in an year - to be precise. I feel spiritual in the morning. When i say spiritual- I mean a loss of self!  The day I bought sweets to the security guards at the office  Or I send Monday motivations to the team Those are the day I feel an “high” in the brain!  Recently I had this high!  Where i asked the team to compile “one thing” So what happens on those days - I feel a loss of Self!  ( Alan Lightman ) I felt this also on the days where I gave lectures  about science to school students Sharing without expecting!  Can I keep doing this ?  The key question is -  how to get into those high moments day after day?
